Park Forest Middle School: Dance To The Music
We'd like to wish a special good luck to the dancers, planners, and
volunteers and Park Forest Middle School's big event this weekend!

Community Day Celebration
It's time for the Ninth Annual Community Celebration, benefiting the
Children's Miracle Network. This rain-or-shine event takes place Saturday
May 30, from 9 am to 4 pm, with free admission and free parking at the
Hershey Medical Center, in the area next to the fitness center.
Entertainment will include the Pennsylvania Extreme All Star Cheerleaders
and ZooAmerica, and food from breakfast to burgers, hot dogs, and Bricker's French Fries will be served. There will be a craft show, health fare, and a 5K race. A car show will start with registration at 9:30, awards at 2:30, and a victory lap at 2:45. And the 5K Balloon Chasers Run will have
registration from 7 to 8:30, with a 9 am start for the 5K, a 10 am start
for the one-mile fun run, and awards at 10:30. To learn more about the

Drew Comrey Memorial Foundation Home Run Derby
Kids seven and older get a chance to swing for the fences at the Drew
Comrey Memorial Foundation Home Run Derby. It's on May 30 from 11 am to 3 pm, at Drew Comrey Memorial Field in Harrisburg. Age groups are 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, and 16 and up, with prizes award in each category. And one winner will get to throw out the first pitch at a Harrisburg Senators game!
There's a $5 participation fee, with proceeds going to the Four Diamonds

Greater Chicago Chapter Second Annual Wine and Cheese Party
The Greater Chicago Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association's Second
Annual Wine and Cheese Party is this weekend! The cost in advance is $50
for individuals, $90 for a couple; it'll be an additional $10 at the door.
Dress is casual, and the event is hosted by alumni Bill and Cate Rzasa in
their home at 830 South Clay Street in Hinsdale. Wines and cheeses will be
provided by the the 1982 championship team's offensive guard Mike Dunlay, of D.O.C. Wine Bar. The event will also feature an auction including Cubs tickets, White Sox tickets, and Penn State tickets for the Ohio State and Northwestern football games, as well as Yuengling beers, local gift
